For mums pre-natal and up to 6 months post-natal. This course is designed to help you keep and gain strength through and post pregnancy. Bring bubs along to be by your side or on you whilst the instructor caters for the whole room to enjoy an encouraging environment whilst guided through the focused exercises.*
