• How do I start a trial?
  Simply download the Sculpt Pilates app, pick your studio location, and create a profile. You can then book a class at the casual visit rate or grab our Newbie intro pack for a 2 week trial period.
• What class do I book first?
  Are you excited to get started? If you're all about the classic Pilates experience, Pure is your go-to choice! 💪 But if you're into what Sculpt Pilates can do for you, then kick things off with a Sculpt class! Our awesome trainers will personally connect with you before your first class, tailoring the springs and skill level to match your needs. Let's make this journey together!
• What do I wear?
  Want to get your outfit ready? Opt for comfy clothes with stretch and flexibility—anything from your activewear collection works like a charm! Go comfy or stylish for your workout adventure.
• What If I have an injury?
  Wondering about injuries? Your safety is our priority! Simply give a heads-up to our instructor before the class begins if you have any injuries. • What do I do after my trial?
